The 100 Black Men of Eastern North Carolina Junior Academy is geared toward males in the 8th grade who are enrolled in the Pitt County Schools. The primary focus of the academy will be to serve as positive role models for the young boys, provide opportunities for the students to sharpen their leadership skills, help with their problem-solving skills and communication skills.
